Continuando con los artículos compartidos sobre huevos vaginales y sus usos y beneficios para nuestra sexualidad y bienestar; os dejo a continuación (y por petición de muchas de vosotras, gracias!) una breve guía para que, una vez adquirido vuestro huevo, tengáis claro los pasos previos a su uso de limpieza, carga y programación.
Independientemente del mineral con el que te hayas decidido para trabajar, es importante que cuando lo recibas sigas los siguientes pasos previos para su/tu cuidado:
LIMPIEZA: Consiste en la descarga o reset del mineral para liberarlo de todas las influencias externas que ha absorbida hasta llegar a nuestras manos.
- Cuando hayas recibido tu huevo, pon un poco de agua a hervir y, a continuación, déjala entibiar. Mientras tanto, busca un recipiente en el que puedas colocar tu huevo y cubrirlo por completo con el agua (un vaso puede servirte).
- Añade un poco de sal al recipiente, introduce tu huevo, cúbrelo con agua y déjalo así durante por lo menos un par de horas. Nunca hiervas tu huevo ya que esto podría alterar la calidad de tu aliado.
- Para una limpieza mas profunda, te recomiendo dejarlo durante toda una noche sumergido, preferiblemente cuando la luna se encuentre en su fase de luna nueva.
- Aunque en la red puedes encontrar recomendaciones sobre limpiar tu huevo con jabón neutro y/o otros productos, no te recomiendo personalmente esta opción, ya que, su uso prolongado en el tiempo, podría dañar la calidad de tu huevo de cristal.
- Si quieres realizar una limpieza mas profunda puedes añadir al agua unas gotas de aceite esencial de árbol del te (no utilices nunca un aceite esencial directamente sobre tu huevo).
- Este proceso puedes volver a realizarlo en las semanas de descanso de tu tratamiento.
- Para la limpieza física diaria, basta con que laves tu huevo en agua fría o templada antes de cada uso, asegurándote que tus manos estén limpias.
- Existen otras formas de realizar la descarga o limpieza como enterrar tu huevo, dejarlo en una corriente de agua, utilizar sahumerios, mantras, cuencos, la energía, la intención…
CARGA: el proceso de carga se realiza una vez que el mineral está limpio con el fin de re-potenciar la energía original del mineral. Existen diferentes formas para ello:
- Llena un vaso con agua y un poco de sal (o si tienes posibilidad, usa agua de mar), introduce tu huevo y déjalo durante toda la noche a la luz de la luna llena.
- Algunos minerales como la obsidiana, puedes dejarlos directamente sobre un puñado de sal.
- Prepara alguna infusión con plantas o flores como la salvia, la rosa, la lavanda… Déjala entibiar y sumerge tu huevito adentro durante 24h.
- Utiliza el sonido de algún instrumento como cuencos, tambores, gongs… y deja que el sonido penetre tu huevo yoni para repotenciarlo.
- Otra opción es dejar tu huevo yoni sobre algún mineral que de forma natural carga y potencia otros como, por ejemplo, la amatista.
- Puedes realizar este proceso siempre que lo sientas necesario.
- Cuando no estés utilizándolo, guárdalo en una bolsa y mantenlo en un lugar seguro y limpio como tu altar o una caja de autocuidado.
PROGRAMACIÓN: Ahora que tu huevo está limpio y cargado es momento de programarlo. Establecer un propósito claro es importante a la hora de empezar tu labor con tu huevo. El propósito marca tu lugar de inicio en este camino de transformación, crecimiento y sanación. Es tu brújula, tu norte, la dirección hacia donde quieres que tu flecha se dirija.
- Busca un espacio y un tiempo en el que puedas estar tranquila y sin distracciones. Puede ser un lugar en el interior de tu hogar o algún espacio en la naturaleza.
- Acomodalo a tu gusto. Puedes crear un ambiente con velas, música, incienso, imágenes… lo que te apetezca y sientas.
- Coloca tu huevo entre tus manos, cierra tus ojos y respira profundo durante unos minutos. Permítete entrar en conexión contigo misma. Interioriza y pregúntate… para que quiero/necesito utilizar este huevo vaginal? para sanar algún órgano? para liberar algún tema sexual? para trabajar algún arquetipo? para mi crecimiento personal? para repotenciar mi energía sexual? para tonificar mi vagina?…. y simplemente ábrete a recibir tu propia respuesta.
- Cuando la tengas, es el momento de programar tu huevo. Abre tus ojos mientras continuas manteniendolo entre tus manos y comienza a hablarle como si fuese un/a amig@. Utiliza tus propias palabras. Visualizate, piensate, imaginate, sientete consiguiendo ese objetivo en tu ahora.
- Cuando finalices, cierra de nuevo tus ojos, lleva tus manos con tu huevo al corazón y agradece. Entonces tu huevo estará listo para usar.
- También puedes utilizar mantras, cantos, danzas, afirmaciones… se trata de manifestar aquí y ahora tu intención al huevo.
- Recuerda ser honesta y responsable contigo misma cuando realices la programación. Cualquier aliado mineral o vegetal, está ahí para ayudarnos por resonancia, pero somos nosotras las que caminamos a cada paso.
- A medida que el proceso se va dando, puede que necesites o sientas cambiar tu programación. Para ello, basta con que reinicies el proceso (limpieza, carga y programación) y tu aliado cristalino estará listo y deseoso de continuar acompañándote con energías renovadas.
Y con esto, ya tienes listo tu huevo yoni para iniciar tu practica y obtener los múltiples beneficios que ofrece para tu salud y bienestar integral.
